Dear valued patient,

During this challenging and uncertain time, Advanced Urology is open for medical and surgical care so we can continue to serve our patients and our community. The health and safety of our patients and employees is our top priority. We have enacted protocols to facilitate safe medical care based on CDC and WHO guidelines. In addition to installation of separation screens, we have limited seating in our waiting room. Additional precautions include screening and temperature checks prior to entry as well as rigorous sanitization of exam rooms and other frequently used surfaces after each patient. We are safe, open, and here for you!

Please Bring Your Own Mask

Patients coming for appointments are required to have a personal mask and wear it upon entry into our facility. Masks must be worn the entire time while in our facility. Memorial Medical Group has mandated this in all of its facilities.  This policy is strictly enforced.

Visitor Restrictions

No visitors are allowed unless the patient requires one visitor because patient is not capable of providing their own personal care or communication with the care team. We do allow family/visitors to join in on the visit via phone. Visitors must bring and wear a personal mask at all times.

If you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, or other symptoms associated with COVID-19 such as loss of taste or smell, or have been exposed to some one with the virus, please contact us via phone prior to your appointment. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment for a more appropriate time. You may also contact our office at (337) 480-7499 for any concerns you might have. We are here to assist you.
